Tasting Notes:

The subtle light-pink tones of this flower have inspired our rosé of outstanding complexity and character.

Vinification process:

Hand picked in 20 kg crates
Direct pressing
Co-fermentation of Mediterranean varieties between 16 °C to 18°C
Fermentation of the Sauvignon Gris between 12°C to 14°C

Vineyards:

Limestone plateaus in Minervois.

Ageing:

Blending – On fine lees for 3 months – Bottling
