Tasting Notes:

Appealingly floral and fruity on the nose. Toasty, stone fruit, mineral with good weight and depth on the palate. Fresh finish.

Cold Settling
25% fermentation in New Oak barrels and 75% fermentation in stainless steel vats between 14°C and 16°C
