Tasting Notes:

Pale colour with aromas of strawberries and cream. Summer fruits, fresh lively style with crisp acidity, creaminess and a well balanced finish.

Vinification process:

Rosé from direct pressing
Fermentation between 12° and 16°C

Limestone terraces with clay

Ageing:

– On fine lees for 3 months.

– Racking.

– Blending.

– Fining.

– Bottling.
